By commissioning me, you agree to have the chosen character to be drawn in my style! You may check my Portfolio or my socials to see what my artstyle is like before commissioning!Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested if I have not started sketching. But if I have started on your commission, whether in work in progress or finished. I will not give a refund whatsoever.
Refund is available if there are no updates on your commission within two (2) monthsPayment Methods

Commission will be completed in 2-6 weeks longest. Any delay in work will be informed to the commissioner. If you would like your commission to be done faster, please inform me in advance.Change Requests
You have a maximum of two (2) changes for every commission you order during the sketch phase for correction and fixes. Changes requested beyond the sketch phase (lineart/shading) will be charged extra depending on how big the changes made.Finished Artwork
Once I am done with my artwork, I will provide the high-res image with no watermark to your e-mail. It would be preferable if you reply to me once you received the email. I will automatically upload all finished commission works into my portfolio (unless requested not to do so). Once you have received the artwork, feel free to post it anywhere you like with proper credit!Art Usage
Commissions are for personal use and non-commercial use only. I own the rights over my own artwork, and I may use them for my art samples, portfolio, etc.
Workflow and Progress
1. DM me via Twitter/Instagram (@Ma12ine) to ask for commission status and slot availability2. If slots available, I will give you this commission template for you to fill in:Name:

Commission details (pose, expression, notes, etc):3. Once commission is accepted, I will create a rough sketch and send it to you for revision and adjustments. You can have up to two (2) revisions maximum4. After sketch approval, I will send a Paypal Invoice to your e-mail adress within 48 hours maximum. I will continue the commission once full payment has been done.5. Commission will take about 2-6 weeks to complete. At this step, you may request a Work in Progress (WIP) of your commission at any given time.
Disclaimer: please be mindful enough not to ask every few hours as it would disturb my work progress6. Once I am done with my artwork, I will provide the high-res image with no watermark to your e-mail.
